After you have identified your goal, make sure it fits the S.M.A.R.T criteria below for best results.
Specific: What do you want to accomplish?
Use action-oriented statements to outline your overall goal. For example: I will pack my lunch four days per week.
Measurable: How will you measure your progress?
Regularly record your progress on paper, online or with an application on your phone to stay on track.
Achievable: What specific steps will you take to achieve your goal?
Outline the steps that are required to reach your goal. They may include eating breakfast daily, meal planning or joining a gym.
Realistic: Is your goal realistic?
