Ready, Set, Stir-Fry

This lightning fast cooking technique not only fits hectic lifestyles, but also health-conscious tastes by combining plenty of vegetables and protein that is served over whole grains. Use these tips to stir-fry like a pro.

Start with Sizzle

The high temperature required for stir-frying sears food quickly and preserves the natural juices.
