Peel the bananas and cut into evenly-sized small slices. Place in an airtight container or freezer bag and freeze for at least two hours, or until frozen. In a powerful blender or food processor, blend frozen banana slices for several minutes until creamy. Add mix-ins and enjoy immediately while soft or freeze longer for a more solid texture.
