82-saladThanksgiving dinner is one of the most anticipated meals of the year and so are the leftovers! Turn those leftovers into something new with our ideas for the spare turkey, stuffing and cranberry sauce.


The possibilities are endless when it comes to leftover turkey. Go beyond traditional turkey sandwiches and casseroles and try our Crunchy Turkey and Cranberry Salad or any of these tasty dishes:



Serve the most flavorful stuffing at your Thanksgiving feast using Pepperidge Farm® Stuffing Cubes. Made from premium breads and a blend of special seasonings, these bread cubes are sure to make your stuffing a standout. If there is any stuffing leftover, follow these steps to whip up a batch of Stuffed Mushrooms. Hollow out button mushrooms and chop the stems. In a medium bowl, combine 1 cup leftover stuffing, chopped mushroom stems, ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, 2 Tbsp. olive oil, and 2 Tbsp. fresh chopped parsley. Cranberry sauce is more than a side dish on your holiday table. It adds a deliciously sweet and tart flavor to a variety of everyday foods. Try it as a spread on toast, mixed into plain Greek yogurt, layered on a grilled cheese sandwich or combined with sliced apples in homemade apple crisp. You can also heat it up and use it as a topping on ice cream, oatmeal, chicken or pork.
